I know very little about this bottle so any info would be greatly appreciated

Painted label neck: MOON-GLO at base of neck
Painted label front: white words MOON GLO inside an orange circle all
    inside a white square
Painted label back: orange words THE Mellow ORANGE DRINK
    Embossed neck: Barq's
Embossed bottom: 12 oz cap Barq's beverage Biloxi Miss
    Bottle mark: 4LGW1

I'm assuming Lauren's glass works made this bottle in 1941 for Barq's but haven't been able to find it through their websites

Dredge this one up in Pascagoula, Ms just off front street while working on a bulkhead

Barq's trademarked this name in about 1939 and was one of the very few times their advertising or bottles targeted a specific flavor. Most of the time the cap denoted the flavor. This bottle came in two colors, a white and a black label. Most commonly from Biloxi or Mobile. Not sure when the flavor was discontinued in the Gulf Coast area, but it was later bottled in Texas in the common 10 oz bottle with a Moon-Glo cap. There is a quite different Moon Glo specific bottle that has been found in the Corpus Christi area.
