19th Century Family Rocking Horse

In the 60's my grandmother collected antique toys in both England and the east coast of the U.S. She acquired this rocking horse which I played with constantly as a child. My grandmother died and I never asked the questions I should have about the horse. There are no markings on it. I do know that the horsehair on it is real and was replaced once over the years. The leather saddle and reigns and bit are all original.
Now my daughter plays with "Heather" the horse. With all this use, the horse is in need of some renovation and a new mane and tail. I'd like to identify her if possible so I know how to proceed with the renovation process. Thank you for any assistance.
