    Another kitchen scraper with a cool turned handle. Love the patina on this one. Evidence of usage, almost too perfect, like a straight line. Marked:

      Isn't this what was also called a "Dough Cutter"? Not really sure. I've seen a few out there and that's what most I've seen were referred to. I'm guessing that when large batches of bread dough was rolled out, they used this to cut it into loaves. Just assuming!

      generally dough cutters have a straight blade as dough tends to roll this curved blade wouldn't work so well and be more work. These curved blades are generally vegetable and meat cutters, and the curved shape is often called a mezzaluna.
