Supposed to be mid 19th century German....about...16" tall, glazed interior, woman with long hair and floral dress. Exterior rough with six feet for keeping it level. Have taken it out of the lucite frame box, there are no markings. Curious to know more about it.

      Hello,
This is a bread mold for making a Yule Dow, an image of the Christ child. You can reference it here,
      http://www.historicfood.com/moulds.htm
Look for a mold similar to yours in the lefthand column with an explanation. This is Ivan Day's site, Historic Food - an amazing resource!
