Hi. I don't know much about the Masons but I don't believe women can be members yet this ring is a size 6 to 7. I find no other Mason rings like it. Can anyone give me some history on this? Thanks much.... Lori

Is it marked gold ? It looks like maybe a special order ring to me . I am not seing quality of a 2nd degree mason ring and yes it looks like a womans . Perhaps her husband had it made for her ? Just a guess

No markings at all. I have just read up on the Scottish Rite and they use the double headed eagle more than the square, compass..... They also talked of women that were allowed to join because as children they accidentally witnessed a gathering. After that it says they had a side group for female relatives to join.....? Still learning but love what I'm reading...
