Photo (2) is not out of focus - after many attempts, I realised the enamelling really does look a bit blurry.
It shows a cornucopia with flowers spreading out from it. (Rather less high art than Mac's cornucopia recently posted).
This rosebowl is, I think, more Harrach than any other likely contender, although I am sure lots of small glass houses were also likely to have made these as they are so ubiquitous (not in this shape, though).
The pontil mark is ground with a second little defect.
It is 9.5cm high x 11cm diameter.
