    I haven't been able to find much information about Miss Rosa Wedsted but according to the photograph she was a 7+ foot tall "lady giant" from Denmark. I was somewhat surprised that there are relatively few of these images on the internet so maybe she wasn't much of a celebrity? Anyways, just thought some people on here might enjoy this unique photo as much as I do.

      I have seen this image before.

      The circus and sideshow "human oddities" were very popular in the late 19th century.

      These type images also have a fairly strong collector following today.

      Thanks Scott. I just found it odd I couldn't find one on eBay. I guess sometimes nothing can beat a visit to a flea market.
