Emmett Kelly Jr. Clown

The is a really nice, handcrafted, Emmett Kelly Jr Clown figurine. It's about 17 inches total height, and Emmett himself is 15 1/2 inches. The base is made from Onyx marble and statue is I think pewter. All hand painted and also gold leafing. It's heavy and awesome details and subject matter. It is signed R. Lee '84, which I believe is Ron Lee. I cannot find much on the internet on the specific style. Most are smaller and ceramic.
Can anyone tell me what I have please?
