1999 lincoln penny found it while medal detecting its looks like its made of two medels, no mint mark, and it is not flat like other pennys it is dome shaped rare error penny

It happened outside the mint, so it isn't a minting error. It was originally copper plated, someone may have removed some of it exposing the zinc.
