I'm not sure how well the colors can be seen in the pictures but this has that opalescent glimmer and the colors blend from blue to violet to purple and pinks on the darker areas (bottom and handles) the bone white paint also changes colors as it's moved in the light. The front has 2 open flowers and one bud, there are 2 leaves at the bottom of the bunch and 2 at the top. Also, there is a "checkerboard" type of curing all around the vase (fe lack of a better term, the only place it changes is the bottom (of course), The neck has it own cut-in design.

This vase is approximately 5 3/4" tall approximately 3"w at opening, 2"w at base it's 8 3/4" around at the largest point I the vessel and 4" w handle end to handle end.

Vase has the number "428" marked in the bottom , I have I've seen this number before on other pottery, but I not 100% but I have to wonder if that was actual information and factual information.

I initially thought something happened to the rim of this due to the small dip it has in it, after more careful review I came to the conclusion that it was simply made this way. if one of you could let me know I would appreciate it!
