Small glass vase gold trim an yellow hand paint has two images in glass on bottom they look like a set of eyes with lashes .

These eyes seemed to be a marking in the glass when made. Hard to take a photo so you can actually see them,any suggestion ,I think it's real gold trim and need help identifying it and where it's from hope someone can help me.
