PAT D July 14, 1908, underscored 8 on the bottom, "wire" is misspelled "wre", greenish blue. It's interesting because it is misspelled. I obtained through my husband who found it at a flea market. I don't have any history on it, I'm new to this.

Misspelling is unique - it would have been the mold so there may be some more out there. The 8 on the bottom is the mold number. If you turn it around and give a picture of the "Ball" side logo I can give you a production era.
