This is a Servalite Products Tape Measure made in Taiwan / circa 1980's
Measures in both standard and metric increments up to 3 feet (1 meter)
Tape is 1/4" (6mm) wide / red plastic thumb button tape-lock.
Attachment to keychain or belt loop. -- Servalite was founded in 1979.
