Loetz Crete Formosa

I spent last evening at home “nerding” over art glass with friend and fellow collector. The purpose of the get together was to do some trading. It took me back to childhood memories of hockey cards and dinky toys. Perhaps boys never really grow-up…:)

Anyway, I ended up with this 4.5”, Crete Formosa. What is most fascinating about this piece is the sticker on the bottom - "Made in Austria"and what looks like a price.

I have wanted an example of this décor for awhile now. Thanks bud!
