The colour, durability and the fact that is all so common,
And yet, quite often it was discarded as plastic rubbish!
But for me , it reminds me of a time when it was ok to be forward looking and joyously happy (gay) .
Ok, so I grew up in the 60s.
I'd like to teach the world to sing.......... :)
Right there with you...the time of wonderful fun and freedom...lots of colour...you are going to have to get these the right way ... A glass of wine and my I Pad revolving is making me feel squezzy....:-/

I love the square plates....don't see them much.
I had a collection of the rectangular ones, including the beefy one, but the graphics on those square ones are so much better!
Your al fresco meals must be colorful!

The yellow square plate is actually printed the wrong way around.
A never seen rarity.
How fun! Just great!
