OK curling fans, I have absolutely no idea what this is! Brass. The arrow only goes part way around with a chain & finger ring attached. Obviously made to mount on a wall or something. "Me not kno mon".
No idea but it is fricken cool!!!
Is that the official answer? It's a "fricken cool". May I use that term in the future without paying you royalties? I like that!

icollect, it must be for cooling frickens! OK tube, you won. Now, by the site you sent, there must be a bell missing & it must screw to the hole in the axis for the arrow. The arrow is obviously not the clapper, so why is it there? Maybe to keep the bell from going all the way around? That was quick Tube & that has me worried about you. Please give some thought to a secondary hobby. LOL
icollect, sounds like you need a secondary hobby too! If you haven't figured out how to cool off that "hot steaming fricken" by now, I would say it's probably too late to learn! I recommend that you start with a warm one 1st before the cooler because you don't want the fricken to go into shock. I can't imagine anything worse than a fricken in shock!
Amber, you are the one who started this runaway poste! LOL
You're welcome icollect, as long as I don't have a suit lawyer contacting me! Room temp. sounds about right. Hope I don't have to give public warnings about adverse effects. Personally, I like it a little warmer but cooler can be good to sometimes. At what point did I lose control of this poste? LMAO. All Amber's fault!
Did you two have a good time with that? Thought so you fricken dorks.
Amber, are you categorizing us?
BB, get a secondary hobby? Griswold calling the Lodge black... ;)

You're probably right Tube but all my choices seem to have laws against them.
Maybe an old porch bell. =^/

I try not to spell like I talk....most wouldn't be able to cipher it lol

By surprise, this has been a fun poste! Glad to see that so many share my sick humour! Hey, Amber rose started it! OK, we might have had a bit to do with it. If it weren't for the fun of things like this, I would quit CW. CyberAsylum Weekly.
We aim to please brat! Just good old Southern hospitality from mine & Kerry's side. We may have lost the war, temporarily, but we didn't lose our sense of humour!
Kerry, I wish you were a neighour! They all luv my ax-cent" but the 2 of us could drive them crazy! Damned, life is fun!!! I'm going to miss "Y'all".

LOL
your so funny sometimes ...
I just seeing this old post and have to weigh in—not on all the “language” but on the bell and arrow. Lol! Y’all speak those words that are foreign to my Southern lady mouth....;^D
I believe the bell did not have a clapper inside it. Rather, the arrow which looks like it moves, would strike the outside of the bell, thus the arrow IS the clapper.
