I recently inherited this, as well as many other old/antique items. I am not sure if this is even an antique and would really appreciate some info on it. Please let me know roughly how valuable it is and if it worth keeping.

Hello zer9k1, what you have is called a Mission Wall Clock. It could be circa 1910 or much more recent. We would need more details to be more specific. As far as current market value is concerned, if it is working it could sell on eBay for around $50 or so.
