debbiewull…
(25 items)
I found these today at my local Goodwill. They look to be late 40s-mid 50s. The clothing seems to be all original. I really do not know what I have but I thought they were beautiful so added them to my collection..
Please email if you have any info on these.. Thanks.
Dutchess dolls from 1950's . These were packaged by several companies and sold in their boxes with doll displayed . Sold in dime stores ,some were give aways at gas stations and grocery stores . They were mass produced and so many survived that market is flooded with them . Many were just used to display and not play with and easy to find them still stapled to their boxes. Main thing is if you love them enjoy them :-) They have no monatary value in todays market . Nice Post :-)
Here is a example of packing . Also called duchess doll with out T .
