    Found this in our basement. Our floor is dirt which is very fine. Our home is over 120 years old..

      Thank you for replying Jewels, I posted the picture of the back of broach. I do not know how to date it from the clasp. I'm hoping I can Google it to maybe learn to tell the difference.. thanks :)
