This picture of a man in an empty apartment is amazing, I can't believe I kept it in storage. I've always wanted to know who the artist is but there's no signature . It's made from a cloth like material. Can anyone help me please???

I added a new photo of the bottom right, where it looks like it could be a signature but I'm not sure it's very faint.
I'm still looking for help if anyone can? Do you know what this is or who painted it?
If there's no signature, it's going to be hard to identify it. It is a nice painting, but chances are, it was painted by a talented amateur, student, or lesser-known painter. At least he or she stretched their own canvas!
Thank you so much for responding, it's such an amazing piece that it's hard for me to believe that nothing became of this artist if that is in fact the case, but at the same time amazing talent goes unseen all the time . I'm also wondering why he or she wouldn't sign there work. Is it common for artists to do that? I love collecting all things and have a good base when it comes to just about anything . Art is something I have absolutely no knowledge of. Any help or comments are much appreciated.
