I finally found my Dads name posted on this website, I was correct they did flew L-5s over the hump. Francis Adams from the 156th squadron, and look at this he gave my before he died. Melvin N Chapman!!!! O my!!!!!

I have been looking for this book from Earl Nelson , he wrote the story which came from his book. It was published by him so cannot find it under $35 Abes and Amazon have it,i have a google account and they have this book but dont know how to download it from them, the book is Reprinted with permission of Earl F. Nelson, author of "The Unsung Flyers," Nelson signed this Rubil of my dads. I think this would make a great movie, his story is wonderful, The book is to have others stories, can anyone help me get this book files, pdf any files.?
