This is a marked PQM Piece of Pottery. I find them here, but not much info. From what I can find - they were located down east in Quebec I believe. They have some Great styles, and pieces. I thought this one deserved to be *spot-lighted*. It has a bubbly, drippy, fat lava texture on it. Quite large at about 14 inches tall. My home PHONE in the pic is about 7 inches tall -- so I always put it in the Pics for a Size comparison.
With a very Bright light from above, I was able to make out a the letters PQM. As a very bright light (and camera flash) CAN HELP you to see through heavy Glaze on the bottom. I first thought this was un-marked, but played a bit of detective and figured it out......LOL

Really nice - reminds me of some "fat lava" pieces
