This pipe is a real beauty. He's about 10.5 inches tall. It's not in perfect condition, it is missing an eye, and it looks like there may have been repairs done to it, and I doubt that the match he's holding is original. The stem in his other hand seems to be original, but I can't figure out what it is there for. Both arms move at the shoulder, and when you pull his head off the stem slides out of his body. I can't find any signatures or initials anywhere. If anyone has any ideas or knows anything about this pipe or its maker please share it with me. Thanks.

Thanks pops52. It's the same idea, but I doubt it was the same maker. I don't believe that one is signed either. I was wondering about those two areas on my pipe. I can't tell if those parts of the hat are repairs or it was made that way. The part that looks like it was inserted around the bowl and the part on the brim of his hat. In both cases the reverse side shows no seam. It appears smooth. I could take some better pictures if you like.
The pics are fine, I wish I could help you more. Someone will know more I'm sure.
Thanks pops52.
