This is a vintage 1980's enameled pin brooch - blue with white polka dots in the shape of a tied bow on a gold-toned backing - unknown maker - the top of the bow also has holes so it could be worn as a pendant by running a necklace chain through the top. - measures 1" wide by 1" high
