Doll is marked Effanbee on back of neck. There are no marks on body.
Eyes are oen and close with real eyelashes on top and painted on bottom.
One eye is slightly clouded. Mouth is open, no teeth. There is no hole in back that would indicate it is a doll that wets. Hair is blonde/light brown molded and ears are very detailed. Fingers and toes are also very detailed. Doll appears to be vinyl and 14" high. Closest doll I found on e-bay is

I don't know if my doll is a baby girl or boy. Not sure if body goes with
head. as body is not marked, however hands and toes are detailed like
Effanbee. Not sure if it is a DyDee Baby, a Blonde Patsy babykin or Patsy
Babyette. Not sure of year it is from. Has been in family passed down
forever, it was my late mother in laws. She had three sons, so maybe she
dressed it as a boy. Any info on this cute little boy? or girl? would be great.
Does SHE have a body like this one . Hard plastic torso ?

She is none of the dolls you asked about . Dates late 60's . Vinyl did not really come into the scene till late 50's but more in 60's . I would date her 1968-1975
It is hard plastic. Behind both knees there are only two lines with two dots.(impressions) The two dots are also in the front, on both knees. Also there is no hole in back for water, she is only 14" high.
Are you saying mid torso is plastic ? Not whole doll ? She looks like vinyl as you described so I am lost lol please clarify ok .
