Trying to Identify

I found this dresser at a Resale store and was super excited. I'm would like to do my best to gather more information about the dresser. My initial thought was to paint the piece. Once I got it home and was able to see that it is great condition and just dirty I know that painting would be a huge shame. So far all I've done is just clean it up. I would like to revive the Walnut drawers and figure out if I should leave the top alone (it have very large scratches) which is plastic laminate or think about removing and replacing with veneer. I'm also not sure if the mirror is an original to the dresser.

I assume the maker is Stanley Furniture however I can not locate this particular stamp anywhere online. I love the piece and plan on using this in my guest room and would like to make sure it is loved properly.
