This is an amazing find that I am really excited about. Even though it's missing the top part of the atomizer. I love the shape and feel of this Steuben. I realize this is not Bohemian. The iridescence is amazing. Special thanks to a wonderful top collector. And you know who you are for helping me ID this beauty. Thank you for looking.

Just to clarify that the bottle was made by DeVilbiss by Steuben and the decor was done by Hawkes.

Wonderful Steuben/Hawkes perfume bottle.....Great find. If you're looking for new replacement top, try this email address paradise@sunset.net or buy a cheaper bottle with the same hardware. Good Luck!

There are a few websites that offer new fittings for perfume bottles. But to find an original, the only way I can, is to buy another bottle of less value and apply the fittings to the better bottle. But your bottle requires a special "acorn" style fitting. The sites that have the new, are likely to not have that style. Yours may also need one that is "jeweled" at the top. I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but its the best I can give. I too have beautiful bottles lacking their original fittings. I hope you find what you need.
