Art nouveau enamelled rocket-shaped vase

This is one of the first vases we bought to Dorita, our favorite dealer and friend, she presented it as French, but you know here everything that is very art nouveau is from France. Since then I search in internet for something similar, but this piece is very "peculiar" let’s say rare. It has in the base five feet that are iridescent like and early carnival glass that contrast with the heavy gilt top that was modeled so that resemble the contour of the base. The gold of the top is underline by a yellow cartouche line. There are enameled cherries that appear from the golden foliage that are translucent like the green and the burgundy objects that I do not know what represents. It is 21 cm tall and between 3 and 4 cm width. I do not have a clear idea of the origin but surely it was done before the first great war and perhaps is Harrach (http://www.madforglass.com/Harrach/Harrach_Sep.2012-020b.html) or Heckert because I have pieces from both and the enamel is more similar to some Harrach pieces but the nice iridescence of the base is verey similar to a Heckert piece I have.
