Afternoon all.
I have recently acquired this Royal Doulton piece in the shape of a large egg cup. Not something I've seen before (more down to lack of knowledge of RD)
It first caught my eye because of the flowery pattern which reminded me of Clarice Cliff.
There are 2 reg numbers underneath with a date mark relating to 1927.
Does anyone know by any chance what this would be used for?
What size is it? Larger than a 'normal' egg cup?
