Passed down in the family from early 1900s, not sure prior to that time. Approx. 7 7/8" high including stand. Please see photos which include the labels on the bottom of the stand. Would appreciate assistance for any information in identifying this piece. Thanks in advance for your time.

Agree idcloisonne. I don't see a piece of Ivory or bone here, the colors don't show any of the expected coloration or aging of either of those materials.

She is beautiful and I totally agree she is to white to be ivory.Ivory would have a yellowing patina as well. She looks to be a fine porcelain. What does she feel like?

She actually looks like pariah porcelain.I have seen many geishas carved from that era made from pariah.
      Any other ideas?
