From grandparents collection of souvenirs from their worldwide travels many years ago. Interesting signature plus image of a face. Not sure if it is of the artist or possibly something political. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone for your input. I agree it is actually very beautiful, and I will just have to keep searching for something with that complete signature / image stamp. Will also check on any oriental / asian appraisers. Will let you know.
LOL -- I own the piece and just now actually find five women in the photos: three on the left and two toward the right (the one on the far right you only see her backside and long black hair). Now I even more determined to find out more! Thanks everyone.
