      Are the roses ceramic? The metal looks like gilded steel but check it with a magnet.

      This chandelier type was popular in the 1940s and were produced mainly in Italy and France. Maybe start checking in Google images for similar and see what you find similar.

      Yes the roses are ceramic and a magnet does stick.
