I came across this piece at a yard sale it was in original frame made of wood and composite trim. Looks to be from the 1800's. It has been declared original art work by Dan W Smith by an auction house. It is comprised of pastel and water colors. I tried to do research on the history of this artist and the horse but came up with nothing. Anyone have any information on this horse? Thanks for any help!
Here is some info on the Man (scroll down, and also see his work). Appears he was an Illustrator. Signatures look the same, IMHO
