This was given to my husbands sister we are guessing around 30-40 years ago, her husband at that time was in the navy and would bring trinkets back for her, when she passed away their other sister kept it and now it has been given to my husband. The only other thing I know is it had perfume in it, I can still smell a hint of it, I would love if anyone can tell me more about this special item.
