this 8" x 4" 3D picture advertisement with thermometer is from the 1920-30s. I have looked up Koval Dry goods and found them in business in 1928/29. It could even be a bit earlier.
The address of 8827 Mt. Elliott, Detroit, Mich., was 1 block where I grew up, but in the fifties I do not remember this store, so not there in the 1950s.
The back is cardboard, and in great shape. The cardboard back could have been pulled out to act as a rest so it could be use as a desktop, but was never touched.
The top has a small attached piece of tin with a hole, when unfolded, could be used to hang item on wall, but piece of tin was never touched also. Just as if it came from the factory. Everything in place.
No makers marks.
