National Airlines DC-8 Fan Jet Original Framed Print (c.1959)

This 18 1/8" by 15 1/8" framed (wood) print (c. 1959-63) used to hang at Boston's Logan International Airport in either the National Airlines office or a Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) office. It was given to me when I was 9 - 11, around 1970-72. It has a little fading and the original frame has some scratches. A friend of my dad's worked for MassPort and knew I was an airplane geek. I used to spend most of my spare time wandering the airport (I lived close by). Imagine a ten year old kid going to an international airport and hanging out! I got to know all the employees at each airline for two shifts as well as all the state police and security. It was a different time. They used to get me into the planes when they were being serviced. I'd sit in the cockpit and run up and down the fuselage trying out the different seats!
