This souvenir toy was brought back from either the 1924 Worlds Fair in New York or the 1933-34 Worlds Fair in Chicago by a "beau" of my aunt. She always told the story how he wanted her to go with him to the fair but she said no because they would have had to stay over night!!! I believe it was from the New York fair. It needs to have the arms reconnected to each other.
