Vase is 13" high by 3 1/2" wide at the base. At first, I thought it was swung glass, but the lobes of glass at the top are too symmetrical; this would have to be molded. Under black light there is a faint yellow green glow, so glass must be fairly old.. some small chips around the base. Any help with ID would be appreciated.
