Found this really cool "Corkscrew Swivel Chair". Made by Guild Craft Of California. Can't find any info on it online. Just seeing if anyone knows anything about this really cool retro chair. And possibly the resale value as is. Thank you.
Yeah I seen the original company is no longer around. Having no luck finding anything by them even resembling this one. Sure is cool though!

Its the same shape. Same era even made in the same state. Not positive but from what I read, the company opened in 1977 and was somewhere around Compton California. That was all I have been able to find so far. But found no chairs by the same company resembling this particular one. There are a bunch of others but all are by different makers. I don't believe guild craft of california was at the top of the industry but this is not just a regular chair. Just seems to me like its more of a rare style. So for now I suppose the mystery remains.
Guild Craft of California
Guildcraft produces a wide variety of styles with a California casual flair. The first factory was opened in 1977 and since then, Guildcraft of California has been manufacturing quality home furnishings, and has become the largest independent upholstery manufacturer on the West Coast.
Can't find any furniture though..

This is an old post, but I just came across it. I have 2 swivels exactly like this with matching red sofa.
