I bought this chair at a garage sale. It was made by Royal Metal Manufacturing Company. The arms are made out of wood (I think teak) and the legs are steel. The upholstery is mostly vinyl with some fabric on the seat.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the approximate year this was made and the design name. Thanks!

I recently purchased a rolling chair with almost an identical tag and similar design. Underneath where it says "delivery" there is a proliferated number of 5 67. I'm thinking possibly May of 1967. Yours may be in the same era.
