I would date this pre wwII or just after WWII when things were more prosperous. This was my grandmothers. She and her husband lived in Philadelphia and had a business there (Evans Trucking) . She liked fancy things, and often bought from Wannamaker. But this is not Wannamkaer, It is Good house keeping.
I forgot to mention that it had the lampshade It was white/cream twisted silk or crepe with tassle fringe along the bottom. A very unique shade! However, hers was dry rotted and thrown out. But I found the exact same shade here on this photo.
