This is my Neodymium or Alexandrite glass sculpture by the Italian Murano Artist Andrea Tagliapietra, during the day a florescent Lilac colour but by night a cool ice blue.

Moments ago I said I like this but I think I love it now.
I have added a photo of him at night, cant use a flash because it turns him lilac again, but you get the idea
Oh! dont be jealous, because of my location i can aquire English and European glass, but what chance do i have of getting my hands on some of your superb American glass, i think your EAPG brilliant cut is superb!!
LOL! Your pieces are beautiful!
Thanks, but i have some real "TAT" ( English word for junk) too!!!
lol I think we all have some tat!
I LOVE Alexandrite! I have seen pieces that they have put it in, like yours, that changes color, but I don't have one. I do have an Alexandrite ring though. I wear it as my wedding ring and I just love love love the color change. Mine changes from purple, pink, aqua, green, blue, to yellow-ish brown. It's about 6 carats so you can really see the colors well.
This body structure is similar to the muscular angel I posted....I wonder if it's by the same artist?
I love your sculpture. I have a very similar one of a woman with her arms up in the air by the same artist, it is signed on the bottom by Andrea Tagliapietra. Do you happen to know how much yours is worth as this might give me an idea as to the value of mine...
Hi Susan, I see you haven’t posted here in a long time, and I’m hoping you are well? I am sorry to bother you, but I have a question about the lovers piece on the far left in your last photo - is that one also by Andrea Tagliapietra? I also have one and it is signed A. Tagliapietra, but I question the signature.
