Just bought it at an antique show. No history on it and can't find any info about it on the internet? Does anyone know what the patten is or it's history?

The Waterford sticker is on the bottom of the glass. There is nothing that indicates it ever had a lid. On the bottom of the removable fluid holder/lighter, it says Made In England. I can include a picture of these areas.

Simba it looks like it says "Watford Crystal" not Waterford. Different?

This is clearly Watford crystal, not Waterford crystal. It even says so on the sticker. What makes you think Waterford would misspell their own stickers?

My father once won a crystal golfing trophy and told everyone how valuable it was. He wasn't very pleased when I pointed out it was Watford not Waterford.! Happens to us all.

To Gracay2004-I KNOW Waterford would never misspell their own labels. I have been to their factory and know they are a prestigious company. Obviously I did not read the label close enough. To everyone else, I thank you for your kind help. I really never cared if it was worth anything, I just wanted to know it's history. Thanks to Riply206 for his link to that history!

No disrespect intended Simba, it was simply that everyone was discussing whether it was Waterford or not and I simply pointed out that the sticker said Watford. Sometimes we spend so much time looking for small inconsistencies we overlook the big ones! Regards William.

Thank you Riply206. I really appreciate the research you've done and what you've found. I may be able to contact these people and find out even more!
