1959 Bulova Automatic cool looking watch

very modern looking very nice running automatic Bulova,..date code on the case makes it 1959,..shows some wearthru on the gold plating but the front looks really neat,..i like the minimalist dial and the fine rings round it phonograph style,..ring round back says BULOVA self winding waterproof (kinda doubt it) anti magnetic shock resistant 10 kt gold R.G.P. ,..don't know what that means,..have a feeling the case front might be solid gold cause no color is showing thru but I'm hoping one of the multitudinous experts in here will help me figure it out,..cant find any pictures of a similar watch out there,..is a good sized mens watch with a really good expansion band on it,.,.a cool garage sale find for 20 bucks!! made my weekend! oh id really like to get the flakes off the dial ,..look to just be lil flecks of stuff but,.im afraid of trying to pop the back off with as worn as it is,..if it flexes i think it will delaminate badly and be unputonable again the date code L9 is stamped between anti magnetic and shock resistant,..puts it at 1959,..according to one website anyhow
