Made in Taiwan. Distributed by Jennie G. Sales Co. Chicago. No date of any kind, guessing mid 1960's from package. Probably rare as I would think few have survived. Unopened in original packaging. Still soft and pliable, with no sun damage. I have done a pretty extensive we search without any success.
