I have learned to not label something unless I am positive in my labeling. So I am playing it safe by using "bohemian" instead. But the iridescent coloring caught my eye and I fell in love. It now resides in my cluttered home of collections. Feel free to educate me or correct any mistakes I make. Thank you Mac for your identification.

This decor has been attributed to Kralik - Tortoise I believe. Question to you -are you using a cell phone to take your pics? Lately I am seeing a number of "sideways pics" and I wonder where the issue is.
Yes. I apologize for the sideways picture. I have done everything I can think of to get them turned. My computer is getting repaired. Thank you for your input.
