I thought this a Kralik shape but the Kralik giraffe vases I have are much more clear-cut than this. Rindskopf? ID help appreciated.

Ian, I've found since I've been buying and watching that there are a lot of similar spatter vases coming out of the uk. I've even seen you selling some but there just seems a lot.have you considered a local maker?

This ones gorgeous, did you buy it locally?

I don't think any UK makers were making glass this fine using the same techniques in the first part of the twentieth century. In one of the two Truitt books, there are figures for Bohemian glass exports to Europe and USA - they give astronomical figures.
The point where I think it is very difficult is the applied flower decorations - I think there is likely to have been a lot of home (UK) manufacture.

Ian, I'd agree with you that your vase is definitely Bohemian, based on the decor and shape. Have you seen this post on CW? http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/56653-mystery-glass
I have been doing research into Gebruder Funk, and they are a possible contender, in my mind.

Good link, Michelle, but I think those 4 are modified crackle decors whereas this one is a powder??? Not that I know much so ready to stand corrected! The technique may have been very similar but the four you showed look closer to soft crackle than this one.

Sorry, Ian - your vase looked like a soft crackle to me, until I zoomed in the pics just now. What a cool pattern!
