These were my grandmother's dishes. I love the informal, colorful design of the flowers. I have the whole set! I think she bought them in Europe in the 40's maybe? 30's?? Bottom says H-J-Co and 'BAVARIA' written below that. It doesn't say the name of the pattern. I've never seen anything like them. They almost look like something from the 60's, but I know they are older than that. Has anyone seen anything like it? Any ideas about the pattern??

May be Hertel Jacob Company in business 1913-1979 - google "Hertel Jacob Company Bavaria" and check the images for a match to your mark. You can date it by their different marks.

Thanks 'aghcollect'! I was able to match the mark. I couldn't find the pattern name, but that helps me get there. Thanks again!
