I have a JAPAN marked fixed knife that is about 5.5" and has a compass on it. The sheath is marked "Charleston So. Car." from my research I found it could have been made around 1950-1961 maybe this could have possibly been used in the Battle of Fort Sumter, I am not sure. Any help is well appreciated.
