This is one of those items that I can guess is very old, it is hand painted with a bouquet of flowers into a basket, there are a little bouquet of flowers in each of the six lobes and in gold some leaves and lyres over a rose pompadour cartouche. I am almost sure it is French and from about 1780. We bought it very cheap because the paste is not white and people feel that this is a roughly done tableware. You can observe the translucent in the third picture is against natural light not electric light. In the first picture I tried to take de detail of the brush strokes in the flowers that make a relief and the gilded dots of the blue tablecloth. Some of the French collectors could tell us what they think about this rare plate. Here a similar decoration

You both have so many old and beautiful pieces.
I am imagining the hand that painted these.
